Jing Crystal Xu

Dr. Crystal Xu is an assistant professor at the Department of Accounting, Business Ethics & Information Systems at Rutgers Business School. Her DBA in Accounting is awarded by Boston University in May 2009. In addition to the doctoral degree, she received MA in economics at Tufts University in 2003 and BA in international economics at Fudan University in 2001. Her research interests are in earnings management, executive compensation, corporate governance and firm investment. Her work in these areas has been presented at the American Accounting Association's meetings.
