Hello: I am a Canadian who has
worked in the health care sector for many years. I am currently involved
in a performance managment/measurement project in a government health care
research environment. This national organization is moving toward a
modified control self-assessment framework. They have been struggling of
some time with connecting the scientific and surviellance outputs to management
practices that are outcome orientation versus output oriented. Further, in
this environment funds are limited and so appropriate mechanisms for prioritise
are also part of this project.
Basically, I am looking for
information on the topic of audits and evaluation in a scientific research
environment where frequently outcomes are long-term, high level social
goals.
Any information that you have on this
