Results Measures for Fire

The City of San Jose, California is in the midst of a major reshuffling of
business practices, called "Investing in Results."  Focused on Core Services
and outcome (not output) measures, Investing in Results (IiR) is causing all
city departments to develop new ways of measuring performance.  The Fire
Department is looking for results-oriented performance measures from other
Fire/EMS/Rescue/Life Safety agencies.  Please respond through this thread,
