Hello everyone,

I am with Regional government of Ottawa and interested in developing
performance measures for our Engineering Division, we design and manage
engineering projects on Roads, water and sewer infrastructure. 

Could you please let me know of any report done in this area. So far I have
been unsuccessful to find anything useful!! on this subject, as such, all
leads and opinions are welcome.
