Here is a follow-up to Dean's message.

The speaker at the Brownbag on November 17 will be Maria Aristigueta from the University of Delaware. Here is more detaile
information from the Washington Evaluators Website (the CAP announcement apparently forgot to note that Washington Evaluators
(WE), a local affiliate of the American Evaluation Association) is a co-sponsor of the event. The Washington Evaluators
website list of events is at http://pweb.netcom.com/~tangb/events.html. Click on HOME to find more information about WE.

A note to our friends at GASB responsible for the website: WE frequently sponsors events, discussions, etc. related to
performance measurement, in large part because so many WE members are Federal types interested in the Government Performance
and Results Act. Perhaps GASB should include WE on its list of What's Happening/Other Initiatives
(http://www.rutgers.edu/Accounting/raw/seagov/pmg/happening/index.html).
