Bio:

Dr. Vivian Fang is an assistant professor at Rutgers Business School. Professor Fang has a broad interest in capital market research. Her current work focuses on the effect of stock market liquidity on firm value and firms' incentives for voluntary disclosure. Her teaching interests include advanced accounting, financial statement analysis, and equity valuation.  Professor Fang teaches the core course: Accounting for Business Combinations. Professor Fang is a member of the American Accounting Association, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Certified General Accountant (CGA, Canada). She also passed all three levels of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exams.
